January Favourites

It’s a new year & a year of sharing for me so I decided to start by sharing my monthly favourites.

I hope you enjoy & check out or try any of the things I mention.

 

Music – Song

I think the whole Universe is aware that I am deeply in love with music so it’s only fitting that the first thing on my list is my favourite song.

Voice – Cheers to Life

Hands down I legitimately listened to this song EVERYDAY in January. I love the message of the song & it always puts me in a happy mood regardless of the kind of day I am having.

Music – Album/Mixtape

DJ Captain John’s (1/2 of Team Energy Overload) mix Soca Synergy Volume 2: Trinidad Carnival Starter Pack has been my go to Mixtape/Album for the month of January.

 

Food

My go to meal for January has been Fried Chicken (I am not proud of it). It has been a main stay in my diet because it is the most convenient choice based on my workplace’s proximity to most of the fast food restaurants in Portmore.

 

Movie

Definitely Magic Mike XXL... I don’t think I even have to say anything else.

Sailing La Vagabonde – A couple sailing the world in a Yacht! I find their adventures very fascinating & entertaining. Check out their channel here.

Hands down my favourite Blog for January has been 876lover.com! I find myself anticipating what Shida has to share every week!!!

App

TuneIn Radio App is my go to app! I love that I can access my favourite radio stations from all over the world on my phone, tablet or desktop!

 

Make Up

Hands Down my BH Cosmetics First Edition 120 Color Eye Shadow Palette! Eyeshadow is what got me started with make up & this palette has brought me full circle.

 

Skin Care

I have been loving Cocoa Butter all January especially on my face.

 

Place

My Rotary Club Meetings at the Jamaica Employer’s Federation. It is the perfect mid week pick me up!
